How to Verify Mobile Device Without Internet Connection
PTA (Pakistan Telecommunication Authority ) has blocked over 2.8 million illegal and unregistered mobile phones in Pakistan, PTA set the aim to block over 3 million mobile phones which are deemed illegal in Pakistan till 1st June 2019.
PTA announced that there are around 3 Million smuggled and non-custom paid mobile phones in Pakistan which includes both Smart Phones and featured Phones.
The phone will be blocked in several phases which are not registered with Device Identification Registration And Blocking System (DIRBS).

But if you do not have an internet connection then you can verify your mobile devices without an internet connection,
Just
- Dial *#06# from your mobile phone and note IMEI or Serial No
- Dial *8484# from your mobile phone
- Enter that EMEI or serial number and press enter
Now PTA will text you within an hour either your mobile phone verified or not.
